Dear sir,
COMPLIMENT OF THE DAY.
First, I must solicit your strictest confidence in this transaction,this is by virtue of it's nature as being utterly confidential and top secret.
Study this portion carefully and advice categorically,if you will be able to handle, as I might not want to be exposed of the information considering the source and reputation of my name.
I am the Director of project and the newly appointed chairman, contract reviewing committee(CRC) of the Federal ministry of Works and Housing
(FMW&H) in Lagos, Nigeria. I am seeking your assistance to enable me transfer the sum of US $19,000,000.00 into your account for mutual benefits.
This money came about as a result of a contract executed on behalf of my Ministry, the (Federal Mi nistry of Works and Housing). This contract was officially assigned to be awarded and executed by two foreign contractors to the tune of US$100,500,000.00,but in the course of my negotiation,I bargained with only one foreign contractor, a Bulgarian firm which now executed the contract at the cost of US $81,500,000.00. Thus leaving the remaining US$19M to my benefits unknown to the contractor and any other person in my Ministry.
This contract has been satisfactorily executed and inspected as the Bulgarian firm is presently securing his payment from my Ministry. It is however to this effect that I seek your maximum assistance and approval to present your company name alongside with the Bulgarian contractor as the second foreign contractor to enable me transfer the difference(SU$19M) into your account for further investment depending on your advice.
On actualization of the transaction, the funds will be shared thus:
1. 40% of the money go to you for acting as the beneficiary of the funds.
2. 10% for reimbursement to both parties for incidental expenses that may be incurred in the course of the transaction for insurance, phone bills,documentation etc.
3. 50% to me. All logistics are in place and all modalities worked out for the smooth actualization of the transaction within fourteen working days of commencement after receiving the following information.
1. YOUR COMPLETE MAILLING ADDRESS.
2.YOUR PHONE/FAX NUMBERS.
3.YOUR FULL NAME.
The above information will enable me make application and lodge claims to concerned Ministries in favour of your company or name and it is pertinent to state here that this deal is entirely based on trust and the fear of God.

i would like to have your money invested in my company, which is fast growing regional company, so, you just tell me what is the documents you require and i shall prepare them very soon, but by the why i'm wondering if this money is legall or no, because the authority will definetlay ask for documents of the source which has to be legal,

thanks for your email, here is my complete details, you send me your
bank details too, so i can ask my bank to contact with yours to
regulate and ease the works of transfer and to send the guarantee
letter to your bank as assurance, here we have such system that, the
banks will communicate with each other so the money can't be withdrawn
unless the senders bank introduce a person for withdrawal from the
joint account, hope you understand what i mean,

Dear Sir,
The receipt of your send details is hereby acknowledged.
I will be contacting An Attorney here to apply for the securing of the payment release documents in your favour as the legal beneficiary of the fund. The Application will be filed by tomorrow.
As per what you mentioned,the account you gave is where the fund will be paid directly upon the securing of the payment release documents of the fund.Therefore,the issue of a joint account does not arise any more,unless if you want us to go into partnership at the end of the transaction.This of course is very much accepted by me and we can work this out.However, this can only be done after the transaction has been duly completed and the fund paid out and confirmed to be in your account by you.
What is of utmost important is TRUST which is not negotiateable.I hope that i will not regret doing this transaction with you.
